This is somewhat unique as it’s the first time a gamer is featured on the cans and not movies, popstarts or real sport athletes.

With the upcoming promotion Tom Taylor will be the best known E-Sports gamer in the USA. The 21 year old from Syracuse/New York had signed a contract worth $ 250.000 with Major League Gaming and trains 15 hours per day. How much money Dr. Pepper spends on the advertising deal was not made public. More information at NYT

They are airing now, as well as print, online and transit ads. For those of you living in one of the five cities they’ve focused on, you’ll see PSP ads all over buses, subways and trains.
