In my point of view not the perfect connection to tax payments but surely an extreme ad luring some eyeballs.
From 10 to 24 March 2010, IKEA develops an interesting event in four important metro stations in Paris. Furniture collections are currently displayed in high-traffic spots, giving the potential customers a chance to interact with the brand by checking out the products. At the same time subway walls are filled with prints showcasing IKEA interiors.

During my last holidays in Vienna, Austria I spotted a weird advertisement for a cab company (Taxi 40 100) and wondered what this artsy “painting” on a billboard should tell me as a customer!? They’ve probably got the most creative drivers for driving you to around your destination. Any other ideas?
Hard Times features a variety of characters from The Simpsons, most notably greedy billionaire C. Montgomery Burns. As Mr. Burns faces the loss of his fortune and worldly belongings, he learns to appreciate lifes simple pleasures like friends and family. The commercial was first shown during Super Bowl XLIV (44) 2010.
For the first time ever Google showed an advertisement during the Super Bowl. As guessed correctly by John Battelle it was “Parisian Love”, a cute story around a guy searching for topics around Paris.
