hauswein-start_03-150x150 Thinking Inside The Box - Wine By HausweinWhy limit wine, that has so many different tastes to just one boring container, e.g. a bottle?

This is what German company hauswein.de thought and decided to trade the bottle for the box. Beautifully designed it suits the product well: emphasis on the content not its packaging, easy to store and hard to break. Now if the wine tastes as good as the box looks, they have achieved a perfect match of simplicity and quality.

  • Old news – wine has come in boxes for so long in Australia and New Zealand that it has come to be referred to as “chateau de cardboard”. It was generally associated with low-middle cost wines suitable for barbecues, but has moved up slightly with better wines and better designs.

Cardboard wine in a more aesthetic design is pretty new here.
    Do you have examples?
